Flowers I Have Been Enjoying Lately

I am always on the look out for flowers. They are all so unique and have such color and vibrance. Some are so tiny and delicate some are large and in charge! I have taken these pictures in various back yards, a museum, and professional gardens :)

Enjoy xo

This is the one and only Lily that survived the Lily beheading of 2017. I guess my children thought the growing buds were too tempting to pass up. If only they knew what was to come!

Purple Clematis growing on our Ivy arbor

This is at Kilby's Museum ~ one of my favorite places to go

These were on the grounds of the Empress Hotel in Victoria, BC

These were at Butterfly Gardens in Victoria, BC

These Sweet Peas were planted in my friend Courteny's vegetable garden by her mother

These were at Butchart Gardens in Victoria, BC

Last but not least...these sweet hearts have survived smoke and drought and are living despite the odds. I thought they deserved a shout out!

I hope you have had time this summer to enjoy any blooms around you xo

  1. Gorgeous - each and every one! Too bad about the lillies, you may have different coloured ones - maybe you'll get to see next year ❤️✨💋
