Spring Has Arrived

   A winsome April day is shining outdoors right now. It makes all the difference here. Yesterday yet another child was vomiting and another child was so sniffly and another one hopping around with a fractured ankle and I was so so tired. We have been consistently sick since December. Today I am still so tired but the sun shining helps my state of mind so much. There is still a fractured ankle in this house but the sniffly baby sneezed out a chunk of almond...so maybe he is not sick he has just been cramming things up his nose. The vomiting child seems to have enough energy to be bothering others so I am assuming he is fine now....and I have some tulips blooming. I am am someone who schools a couple of my children at home so this morning we sat in the sunniest room in the house and tried to focus on Math and Printing but it felt like the first real Spring day and we didn't last long with school. We just headed outside and stomped in puddles, fed the bunny, enjoyed Spring blooms and soaked up the sun. I hope for many more days like this. It has been a long winter I am glad Spring is here.
